Andy > Tour the &#8220;unseen&#8221; New York You will see and photograph what the books and tour guides won&#8217;t show you, totally from a photographer&#8217;s perspective! Photography focus areas Architectural - Urban / Street photography - People / Candids - Night Shooting - Abstracts Capturing &#8220;movement&#8221; and the essence of city life - Composition - Exposure Management - Capturing architecture without the dreaded &#8220;straight-on look&#8221; - Shooting for Black & White - Low-light, no flash techniques - Night shots - More! The workshop will start early Monday morning, and run through till very late in the evening. Again the next day, an early start, more in-the-field instruction, and we'll conclude at 3pm.
Andy > What You Can Expect The details on the shooting agenda are being worked out now, but you can expect to cover a lot of ground, we'll be walking all around New York. We'll do street shooting, architecture, urban scenics, night work, and more. We'll help and guide you with exposure, composition, and any shooting techniques that you need work on. Expect to be challenged creatively! We'll have a nice dinner together, as well as a post-processing/photoshop instruction session.

This hands-on digital photogaphy workshop will take you to the parts of NYC that aren't on the usual tour stops. You'll be with a small group of like-minded folks who are passionate about their photography, and want to learn more.
