We approach a male leopard just after sunset. On our Safaris, we get really close! This was 70-200mm close.
He's just hanging out, it seems.
Leopard mating couple. Female approaches the male, essentially saying "I'm ready!"
We were fortunate to see this on our first day out - the growls that the male made were amazingly loud. Oh and they proceeded to do it 8 times in an hour!
The male is done, and he tries to assert even more dominance by biting the female.
And he gets what's due to him!
